Refund Policy

All sales are final unless PokeSuper Store made a clear mistake with your order.
Because our products are digital services, time-based services, event-window services, raid services, trade services, and custom fulfillment services, we do not offer refunds for completed orders, buyer’s remorse, missed event windows, chance-based results, wrong information provided by the customer, or delays caused by late customer responses.
Refunds are only considered if:
• We delivered the wrong service
• We could not fulfill the order
• We made a clear fulfillment mistake
• The issue is verified by support
Approved refunds are issued as store credit unless PokeSuper Store decides otherwise. Store credit can be used toward future eligible purchases and has no cash value.
Chance-based outcomes such as shiny results, IVs, catches, raid rewards, spawn rates, event luck, or trade results are not refundable unless the product specifically says guaranteed.
To request a review, contact support with your order ID, email used at checkout, issue description, and screenshots or proof if available.
PokeSuper Store reserves the right to deny refund requests involving false claims, abuse, chargeback misuse, incorrect customer information, missed schedules, or completed orders delivered as described.
