Welcome to PokeSuper Store. By using this website, purchasing a product, placing an order, joining our Discord, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Independent Marketplace Notice
PokeSuper Store is an independent fan marketplace and service store. PokeSuper Store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Niantic, Pokémon, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures, The Pokémon Company, or any official Pokémon GO product or service.
All names, references, and game-related terms are used only to describe the type of service, product, or customer request.
2. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from PokeSuper Store, you understand that third-party games may have their own rules regarding account access, trades, virtual currency, in-game items, third-party services, and gameplay assistance.
You are responsible for reviewing and following any applicable game terms, platform rules, local laws, payment rules, and account safety practices before placing an order.
3. Services Offered
PokeSuper Store may offer digital services, coordination services, raid assistance, event support, XP support, Stardust support, candy support, Pokédex/trade-related listings, account-related listings, rewards, and other digital marketplace products.
Service availability may depend on event windows, game availability, inventory, order queue, customer responsiveness, trade limitations, raid availability, resource readiness, and manual review.
4. No Password Collection in Checkout
PokeSuper Store does not ask for game passwords in checkout. Do not submit passwords, recovery codes, two-factor authentication codes, or other sensitive login details through checkout fields, public messages, Discord channels, or support forms.
If an order cannot be completed using non-secret order details, the order may be placed under manual review, delayed, modified, or cancelled.
5. Order Information
Customers may be asked to provide order-specific information such as trainer name, friend code, target service, target Pokémon, raid boss, quantity, schedule, timezone, trade readiness, stardust readiness, pass/resource readiness, event ticket status, and order notes.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that delays caused by missing, incorrect, or late information may affect delivery time.
6. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Estimated delivery may vary based on event timing, availability, inventory, trade limits, account access timing, customer responsiveness, manual review, order queue, raid availability, and other factors outside our control.
7. Chance-Based Results
Some services involve chance-based game mechanics, including shiny Pokémon, IVs, catches, raid rewards, spawn rates, event results, and other randomized outcomes.
Unless a product specifically states that a result is guaranteed, PokeSuper Store does not guarantee chance-based outcomes.
8. Payments
All payments must be completed through the checkout methods available on the website. Prices may change at any time. An order is not accepted until payment is received and the order is reviewed.
PokeSuper Store may refuse, cancel, or refund an order at its discretion if the order appears suspicious, abusive, impossible to fulfill, out of stock, outside the service scope, or in violation of these Terms.
9. Customer Conduct
You agree not to abuse staff, submit false claims, spam support, attempt chargeback fraud, submit fake evidence, exploit coupons, manipulate rewards, harass other customers, or misuse Discord/community features.
Violation of this rule may result in order cancellation, loss of support access, Discord removal, suspension, ban, refund refusal where allowed, or other action.
10. Discord and Community Access
If Discord roles, support channels, or community features are offered, access is a bonus feature and may be changed or removed at any time. Do not post private order details, login information, payment information, or sensitive personal information in public channels.
11. PokeSuper Protection
PokeSuper Protection, if purchased or included, provides priority review and support options for eligible orders. Possible resolutions may include store credit, replacement where feasible, partial refund according to policy, or priority support.
Protection claims must be reported within the stated coverage window, usually within 48 hours of completion unless the product page states otherwise. Evidence may be required. False claims or abusive behavior may void protection.
12. Rewards, Coins, Coupons, and Credits
Rewards, Super Coins, coupons, crates, store credit, and promotional balances have no cash value unless explicitly stated. They may be adjusted, removed, limited, or cancelled if abuse, fraud, technical issues, or policy violations are detected.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, contact support first. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension, cancellation of rewards, loss of Discord roles, and restriction from future purchases.
14. Limitation of Liability
PokeSuper Store is provided as-is. We are not responsible for third-party platform actions, game updates, event changes, account restrictions, server issues, payment processor delays, customer-provided mistakes, missed event windows caused by late responses, or outcomes controlled by game mechanics.
15. Changes to These Terms
PokeSuper Store may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
